Fault 1: Car body lifting difficulty
Cause analysis:
1. Insufficient oil in the tank;
2. Serious blockage of the tank filter or pipeline;
3. The oil pump is faulty and does not supply oil;
4. The lifting switch is blocked, and the distribution valve and return oil valve are stuck;
5. The overflow valve is seriously out of adjustment and the high-pressure oil pump leaks;
6. The lifting cylinder and the limit valve are stuck, so that the air path to the distribution main valve is connected for a long time;
7. Insufficient air pressure in the air tank;
8. The power take-off and oil pump gears are not working properly;
9. The hydraulic oil is not clean and impurities block the distribution valve.
Fault 2: The lift of the dump truck compartment is slow, weak and has movement
Cause analysis
1. Air enters the hydraulic system, generally because the return oil circuit is blocked and the friction resistance of the lifting cylinder is too large;
2. The lifting cylinder limit valve is not tight or out of adjustment, and the lifting cylinder seal is not tight and worn;
3. The oil tank is insufficient, and the gear pump cannot reach the specified oil discharge volume;
4. The pipeline is seriously blocked or leaking.
Fault 3: The compartment cannot be lifted when overloaded
Cause analysis
1. Severe overload;
2. The dump truck is parked on a ramp that is seriously tilted forward;
3. The oil viscosity is too low;
4. The pipeline, valve, and cylinder all have leakage faults.
Fault 4: The compartment falls by itself after being lifted
Cause analysis:
1. Most of them are one-way valves stuck;
2. The lifting cylinder seal is poorly sealed;
3. The distribution valve is stuck and not fully in place;
4. There is a leak in the pipeline.
Fault 5: The car box does not fall
Cause analysis:
1. Insufficient air pressure, the distribution valve cannot return oil;
2. The limit valve pipeline is damaged, and the lifting switch and lifting cylinder are stuck.
