Refrigerated trucks are classified differently, and the production of insulation boxes is also different. Conventional refrigerated trucks are divided into fresh goods and meat, and special categories are vaccine goods and live fish. What are the differences between the boxes of these models? Let's take a look!
The boxes of conventional refrigerated trucks are covered with 2 mm fiberglass inside and outside, with an 8 cm polyurethane insulation layer in the middle, and are spliced under high temperature and high pressure. The bottom of the box is made of patterned aluminum plate or stainless steel plate, and the surrounding of the box is made of aluminum alloy profile edging and stainless steel corners; a single door is installed on the right side of the car, and the rear is standardly equipped with double doors, all of which use stainless steel door locks and hinges.
The top of the insulation box for meat will be installed with guide rails and meat hooks, and the bottom will also be installed with ventilation slots. The difference in the box for live fish is that the water tank and oxygen supply system are installed in the box, and the rest is the same.
The refrigerated compartment of the vaccine is coated with 2 mm fiberglass on the outside, stainless steel on the inside, and 8 cm polyurethane insulation in the middle, which is spliced under high temperature and high pressure. The bottom of the compartment is made of patterned aluminum plate or stainless steel plate, and the periphery of the compartment is made of aluminum alloy profile edging and stainless steel corners; a single door is installed on the right side of the compartment, and the rear is standardly equipped with double doors, all of which use stainless steel door locks and hinges.
The difference is that ventilation slots are installed on three sides of the inner arm of the compartment, and disinfection equipment (ultraviolet disinfection lamp) and cold chain monitoring system are added. It can monitor the real-time temperature of the transportation process, locate the vehicle trajectory, and monitor the transportation status of the vehicle, which really plays the important role of safely transporting vaccines. There are also differences in refrigeration temperature. The refrigeration temperature within the standard range of general refrigerated trucks is as low as -5℃. As the transportation temperature of ordinary medicines and vaccines, the suitable temperature is 2-8℃. Vaccine refrigerated trucks generally use refrigeration units with dual-temperature units.
Secondly, compared with ordinary refrigerated trucks, the refrigeration and ventilation devices of vaccine refrigerated trucks are more stringent. All vehicles must pass the national drug business quality management standard certification and can be put into use after passing the inspection.
Vaccine safety is related to everyone's health. The biggest risk of vaccine transportation comes from temperature control. Except for very few types of vaccines that need to be stored in a low-temperature cold storage at -20℃, general vaccines need to be stored in a normal temperature cold storage at 2℃ to 8℃. Storage and transportation that do not meet the requirements will directly affect the activity of the vaccine and cause ineffective immunity. Vaccine refrigerated trucks are specially built for cold chain medical transportation. They use overall wireless communication technology, flexible networking, fast configuration, modular design and installation, which can realize the functions of temperature and humidity monitoring, vehicle positioning, temperature recording, printing, alarm, curve display, etc. of cold chain vehicles throughout the process, and realize the comprehensive intelligent operation of cold chain vehicles.
