Loading Operations

- Loading Order

- When loading a 20-foot container onto a flatbed trailer carrying a 40-foot container, the end closest to the tractor must be loaded first.

- Securing Method

- Before loading a container onto an elevated semi-trailer, completely align the rotary lock head with the lock base and secure it securely. Then, properly position the container onto the semi-trailer. Turn the rotary lock handle to lock the container perpendicularly to the lock head and lock base.

- For oversized or extra-wide cargo, weld "blocks" to both sides of the flatbed container. Place rubber pads between the block and the large cargo. Use wire ropes to connect the large cargo to the end and side beams of the flatbed container at multiple points. Use a tensioner to tighten the wire ropes.

- Loading Limits

- Overloading and exceeding limits are strictly prohibited. Be aware of the vehicle's load capacity and limitations.

- The fully loaded trailer weight should not exceed 65 tons.

Driving Operations

- Speed Control

- Maintain a maximum speed of 5 km/h when entering or exiting gates or turning. - Control your speed according to road conditions. Absent braking is strictly prohibited, especially when turning.

- The maximum speed should not exceed 35 km/h.

- Driving Regulations

- Driving with trailers through warehouses is strictly prohibited.

- Passing under raised containers is strictly prohibited.

- Obey traffic regulations.

- When passing on narrow roads, be aware of overhead communication lines, trees, and other obstacles.

- When operating on ice or snow, take anti-skid measures.

- Safety Distance

- Maintain a safe distance while driving.

- When fully loaded and at maximum speed, the safety distance should be greater than 1.5 times the emergency braking distance.

Parking and Shutting Down the Engine

- Parking

- When stopping at your destination, decelerate smoothly and in advance, and choose a suitable location to park.

- After parking, apply the parking brake and shift the transmission into neutral.

- Shutting Down the Engine

- Turn off the engine and all vehicle power sources.

Unloading Operations

- Unloading Preparation

- Ensure the flatbed trailer is parked on level ground.

- Unloading Process
